MindStore.in is a digital product store operated as a unit of AltCorp. We sell digital products such as PDFs, ebooks, guides, toolkits, templates, workbooks, and other downloadable products.
Please read this Refund and Returns Policy carefully before placing an order.
By purchasing from MindStore.in, you agree to this policy.
1. Digital Products Only
All products sold on MindStore.in are digital products.
No physical product is shipped.
After successful payment, the purchased digital product is made available for immediate download on the website. A backup download link may also be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Because our products are digital and are delivered immediately, they cannot be returned.
2. No Returns
We do not accept returns for digital products.
Since digital products cannot be physically returned once access is provided, all sales are final.
3. No Refund Policy
MindStore.in does not offer refunds, cancellations, returns, or exchanges once an order is successfully placed and the digital product is made available for download.
Refunds will not be provided for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Buying the wrong product
- No longer needing the product
- Not liking the product after purchase
- Not reading the product description before purchase
- Expecting a physical product
- Not having the required device, app, browser, or software to open the file
- Internet issues on the customer’s side
- Entering the wrong email address during checkout
- Delay caused by email inbox, spam folder, or email provider issues
- Personal expectations not being met
- Download link already being generated, delivered, or made available
- Failure to use the product after purchase
- Expecting results that were not specifically promised on the product page
Please read the product title, description, file type, preview information, and product details carefully before placing an order.
4. Download or Access Issues
If you have any issue receiving, downloading, or accessing your purchased product, please contact us.
We will verify your purchase and make reasonable efforts to make sure you receive access to the product you paid for.

Once your purchase is verified, we may resend the download link, provide a fresh access link, or send the product through another suitable method.
5. Incorrect Email Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct email address during checkout.

If we can verify your payment and order details, we may help update the email address and resend the product access.
MindStore.in is not responsible for delays or access issues caused by incorrect contact details entered by the customer.
6. Payment Deducted but Order Not Confirmed
If your payment was deducted but your order was not confirmed, contact us at:

Please include payment proof, transaction ID, screenshot, phone number, email address used, and any other relevant order details.
We will check the payment and order status.
If payment is successfully received by us, we will provide access to the purchased product.
If payment is not received by us, you may need to contact your bank, UPI app, card provider, payment gateway, or payment service provider for resolution.
MindStore.in is not responsible for failed, pending, reversed, or delayed payments caused by banks, UPI apps, card networks, payment gateways, or third-party payment systems.
7. Exceptional Refund Scenario
Refunds are generally not provided.
However, in the rare case where MindStore.in has a technical issue and we are completely unable to provide access to the purchased digital product, we may offer a refund at our sole discretion.
A refund may be considered only if all of the following conditions are met:
- Payment was successfully received by us
- The customer has contacted us for support
- The customer has provided the required order and payment details
- We are unable to provide the purchased product
- The issue is caused by a technical failure from our side
- No working download link, email delivery, manual delivery, or alternate delivery method can be provided
In such a case, the refund decision will be made by MindStore.in after verification.
MindStore.in reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests based on the facts of each case.
8. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved in an exceptional case, it will be processed through the original payment method or another suitable method decided by MindStore.in.
Refund processing time may depend on the payment gateway, bank, UPI provider, card issuer, or financial institution.
MindStore.in is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, UPI apps, card networks, or third-party payment systems.
9. Duplicate Payment
If you are charged twice for the same product by mistake, contact us with proof of both payments.

After verification, we may provide a refund for the duplicate payment or adjust it in a suitable way.
A duplicate payment refund will be considered only if both payments are successfully received by us and the duplicate charge is verified.
10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Raising false disputes, fraudulent chargebacks, or payment claims after receiving access to a digital product may result in account restriction, cancellation of access, refusal of future service, and further action where necessary.
We reserve the right to provide order records, download records, payment records, access logs, communication records, and other relevant proof to payment gateways, banks, legal authorities, or dispute-resolution bodies where required.
11. Product Expectations
We try to describe all products clearly and accurately.
However, we do not guarantee that a digital product will meet every customer’s personal expectation, preference, goal, or desired result.
Results from educational, self-improvement, fitness, personal growth, money, mindset, lifestyle, parenting, relationship, learning, or skill-based products may vary from person to person.
No refund will be provided because a customer expected a different result, outcome, format, style, depth, design, or personal benefit.
Customers are advised to read the product description carefully before purchase.
12. File Compatibility
Our digital products may be provided in formats such as PDF or other common digital formats.
Customers are responsible for having a suitable device, browser, internet connection, and software or app to open the file.
If you are unable to open the file due to device, browser, software, storage, internet, or compatibility issues, contact us and we will try to guide you.
However, this does not qualify for a refund if the file has been delivered successfully or access has been provided.
13. Product Access and Misuse
Purchased digital products are for the buyer’s personal use unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Customers must not illegally share, resell, upload, distribute, copy, reproduce, or publicly publish purchased products.
If misuse, unauthorized sharing, fraud, or abuse is suspected, MindStore.in may restrict access, refuse future service, or take further action where necessary.
No refund will be provided in cases of misuse, abuse, fraud, unauthorized sharing, or violation of our Terms and Conditions.
14. Offers, Discounts, and Price Changes
Product prices, discounts, bundles, coupons, and offers may change from time to time.
If a product is purchased before or after a price change, discount, offer, or coupon campaign, no refund or price adjustment will be provided for the difference.
Customers are responsible for applying any available coupon before completing checkout.
We may not apply coupons or discounts after an order has already been placed.
